One day I heard a man say: “Making a pizza is a very simple thing: water, flour, baking powder and salt. Quite another to make a good one. This is hard!” After years of experience in catering, pastry and bread in, but mainly driven by a deep passion we decided it was time to introduce something unique in ducth culinary market : good “pizza”, food is now known around the world with a ‘ancient tradition. The idea is precisely to bring the original formula, which is recounted in the popular legends: a sourdough bread with water, flour, salt, and the “sour dough leaven” (yeast). That same yeast created and jealously guarded the bakery or baker who distributed it once a week for women in the country for the production of homemade bread, cakes, and all those baked goods that require a process of fermentation.

We expect, therefore, to open fire to make you taste a piece of culinary history of our country, hoping to make you live for a while ‘a legend.
